1. Controller

2. Data collected

We process names, contact and delivery details, order and payment status, shipping choices, ring dimensions and production specifications, and the unique identifier of the installed payment chip linked to the order. Website technical logs and cookie data may also be collected. We do not require your complete payment-card number.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used to fulfil orders, make and deliver rings, provide support, manage complaints, comply with accounting obligations and protect the store. Legal grounds include performance of contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests; consent is requested where legally required for analytics or marketing.

4. Service providers

Depending on active services, recipients include hosting provider Polar55 Oy, WooPayments and Stripe, Klarna, PayPal and shipping provider Posti Group Oyj. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be offered via WooPayments. Paytrail is planned for later introduction and is not stated to be active. Providers may process payment information as independent controllers under their own notices.

5. DIGISEQ

Payment-chip activation and linking a compatible card are handled separately through DIGISEQ services. We store the chip identifier needed for ring identification, but do not need the complete card number or the transactions made with the ring. DIGISEQ Ltd has its own privacy practices.

6. International transfers and retention

Where information is transferred outside the EEA, applicable GDPR transfer safeguards are used. Ring specifications and the chip identifier are retained for up to five years from delivery as required for the stated purposes; accounting records are retained for the legally required six- or ten-year periods, depending on the record. Technical logs and cookies have separate retention periods based on their purpose.

7. Your rights
