Terms and Delivery

1. Seller and scope

The seller is Karelian Glow Oy, Business ID 3652023-5, Ympyrätie 19, 54800 Savitaipale, Finland; info@karelianglow.com. These terms apply to orders placed through karelianglow.com.

2. Products and custom measurements

Bentwood payment rings are handcrafted to individually confirmed specifications. After payment, we send a ring sizer and instructions and agree on the ring size and details before production. The customer must check and confirm the details.

3. Prices

The first ten rings cost €99 each, after which the price is €199 each. Consumer prices include applicable Finnish VAT. The final total, delivery charges and available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout before payment. Any destination-country import duties are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.

4. Payment

Orders are paid at checkout. Payment methods may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal, subject to what is actually enabled at checkout. Paytrail is planned but must not be assumed available until activated.

5. Shipping

The estimated delivery period for the first batch is January 2027. Delivery options and charges are confirmed at checkout; shipping within Finland is €8.90 when that shipping option is offered. We will notify you of any delay. Later orders' delivery times must be confirmed before purchase.

6. Cancellation, returns and defects

You may cancel free of charge before production begins. Statutory cancellation rights may apply unless the product genuinely qualifies for the personalised-goods exception; merely selecting a standard size or material does not automatically remove those rights.
