Cancel before production

You can cancel your ring order free of charge if we receive your cancellation before production has begun. Contact info@karelianglow.com. In this case we refund the full amount paid.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Under Finnish consumer protection law, the statutory exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications applies only when the legal requirements for genuinely personalised goods are met. Choosing a standard size or material does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

If the exception does not apply, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the product to notify us of withdrawal, and a further 14 days to return it. We refund payments required by law, including standard original delivery costs, within the statutory period. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof of its return.

Return shipping

Karelian Glow Oy covers return shipping costs according to the return instructions we provide. Contact us before sending a return so we can arrange shipment.

Faulty or damaged goods

Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect or shipping damage. A notification within two months of discovery is always timely. Statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation where the conditions are met. Your statutory rights are not limited to 14 days.

Email: info@karelianglow.com. Include your order number, description and photographs if possible. Failure to collect a parcel does not by itself count as a withdrawal notice.
